Delivery:
● Committed to deliver the product within 7 days (for in-stock products).
● Home delivery charges are completely free on all our manufactured products within Dhaka City.
● There is a return policy if any product other than your purchased product is mistakenly delivered at the time of delivery.

Requirements for Valid Return:
● At the time of delivery of any product purchased by you from us, take proof like order memo, invoice, etc. from the delivery man. Which will then be applied to your product return/replacement and other cases.
● The reason for the return must be valid and must meet the conditions of acceptance, i.e. if any wrong product or defective product has been supplied, we will refund and re-supply the specified product at our own cost.

Returns/Replacements, Guarantees will not apply under the following conditions:
● In case of corrosion damage due to misuse of the product.
● When the warranty period has expired.

Special Note: We reserve the right to refund the purchase price of any product if the product is not available.
